Here is a partial list of warranties provided by RAM & affiliates:

• RAM Buildings Inc. warrants free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of two years from completion date.
• Littfin columns carry a 50 year limited warranty against decay.
• Metal Sales has the MS Colorfast45 System Warranty this includes:
  1. Film Integrity – 45 years not to crack, flake, chip, or peel.
  2. Chalk Rating – 30 years not to chalk in excess of number 8 rating on vertical applications or number 7 rating on non-vertical applications.
  3. Fade Rating -30 years not to fade in excess of more than 5 NBS Units on vertical applications or more than 6 NBS Units on non-vertical applications.
• AJ Manufacturing, Inc. warrants its Commercial/Agricultural walk doors against defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years.
• AJ Manufacturing, Inc. warrants its Commercial/Agricultural Windows against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year.
• Thermo-Tech Vinyl Windows and Doors Limited Warranty includes:
  1. Vinyl Frame and Sash Parts: Lifetime
  2. Window Hardware: Lifetime
  3. Insulated Glass: 20 Years
• C.H.I. Overhead Doors used in commercial applications are warranted for ten (10) years.
• Powerlift Hydraulic Doors have a lifetime warranty. They are guaranteed for the life of your building.
• Northern Insulation Products guarantees insulation services from defective workmanship for a period of one year from the date of application.
