Recently, the Russells’ had RAM renovate their buildings. They had some roof damage and were looking for maintenance free buildings. The metal roofing and siding material installed has a 45 year warranty and it looks great! Can you imagine how much time and money will be saved on shingling and painting? The Russels’ decided to work with RAM due to their outstanding reputation. Tom told me that everything went really smoothly and he enjoyed working with all the RAM employees he came in contact with. I contacted RAM Buildings. After reviewing the site with Keith, the salesman, we developed an estimate for the roofs and an option to convert the siding to maintenance free as well. The complete project entailed 5 outbuilding roofs, 1 house roof, siding 5 outbuildings, 1 concrete shop floor, plus miscellaneous updates to other buildings. All in all it was a sizable project with several logistical challenges, a fixed budget and a tight timeline. I am happy to report RAM finished on time and within the project budget despite challenges faced with the older buildings. Keith kept me informed every step of the way regarding the progress and any obstacles we had to overcome.
