Post Frame Carpenter
** $2,000 Sign-on Bonus available based on experience **
Our carpenters help build post frame buildings for our customers, including storage, airplane hangars, businesses, equestrian facilities, and homes. RAM Buildings Inc. is looking for someone with some carpentry experience who is not afraid of heights and who is comfortable working outdoors.

- Pay: $21.00 – $30.00 per hour
- Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Overall Responsibilities:
- Design, estimate, and sell building projects according to company standards while submitting accurate proposals and complete job packets.
- Develop long-term customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals throughout your territory.
- Assist in managing subcontractor relationships and scope of work in various trades.
- Provide customer service to past, current, and prospective customers.
- Respond and manage incoming project inquiries within the territory.
- Manage the sales process from pre-sale through project completion.
Job Experience & Skills:
- Proven sales experience preferred
- Knowledge of or experience in the construction industry (preferred but not required)
- Project management experience (preferred, but not required)
- Knowledge or experience in construction (preferred but not required)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and other computer software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Great customer service skills
- Ability to communicate and work with all departments within the company to achieve successful projects and happy customers.
- Experience using CRM software (preferred, but not required)
- Attention to detail, organization skills and problem-solving abilities are a must.
