Building Better Through Our Involvement with the NFBA
At RAM Buildings, we believe experience matters, but we also believe there is always more to learn. That mindset is one of the reasons our long-standing membership in the National Frame Building Association (NFBA) continues to be important to us.
Since 1999, RAM Buildings has specialized in post-frame construction, completing projects across Minnesota and the surrounding region. From agricultural and equestrian buildings to commercial facilities, post-frame homes, and other custom structures, our experience has given us a strong foundation while continuing to challenge us to learn, adapt, and improve.
The National Frame Building Association brings together builders, suppliers, manufacturers, engineers, and other professionals from across the post-frame construction industry. Through education, technical resources, safety programs, and industry events, the NFBA helps its members stay connected to changes and advancements within the industry.
Always Learning, Always Improving
The post-frame construction industry has changed considerably since RAM Buildings began building in 1999. Building practices have improved, new products and technologies have emerged, and safety practices continue to evolve.
Being involved with the NFBA gives our team another opportunity to learn from others in the industry and stay current with those changes. From educational programs and technical resources to the annual Frame Building Expo, the NFBA encourages builders to keep learning and looking for better ways to work.
That fits well with how we approach things at RAM. Experience gives us a strong foundation, but it doesn’t mean doing things the same way forever. We want to continue improving our processes, expanding our knowledge, and finding ways to deliver an even better building experience for our customers.
Continuing to Raise the Bar
Safety is an important part of that commitment. The NFBA provides safety education and resources specifically for the post-frame construction industry, giving members additional tools to help strengthen their own safety practices.
For RAM Buildings, safety is an ongoing effort. It takes training, communication, accountability, and a willingness to continually evaluate how we work. Our goal is to deliver quality post-frame buildings while making sure our people have the knowledge and tools to do their jobs safely.

Our involvement with the NFBA has also given us the opportunity to have our work recognized alongside outstanding post-frame construction projects from across the country.
Over the years, RAM Buildings has earned multiple NFBA Building of the Year awards, recognizing the design, construction, and craftsmanship behind our projects.
Those awards represent much more than the finished buildings. They reflect the planning, problem-solving, craftsmanship, and attention to detail that our team brings to each project, from the initial design through construction in the field.
