Don began his career with RAM Buildings, Inc. in 1999. He brings more than 30 years of experience to each and every customer’s building project, from drafting and design to project management. His knowledge of specific building requirements and local regulations are essential to successful building projects. Attention to detail and the ability to blend form with function have helped Don provide quality building designs and smart solutions to customers that exceed expectations – and still stay under budget.

Nick Joined RAM Buildings, Inc. as a Territory Manager in 2018, but holds many years of experience working with his father, Gregg Machemehl (Co-Owner of RAM). He held a variety of positions within the company during the summers as an employee and an intern. Nick is a hardworking individual that cares about your high satisfaction on every project. Nick’s tenacious attitude paired with his familiarity of the industry allows him to work with you and leverage all resources resulting in the full RAM Advantage and an overall amazing experience. Nick says he looks forward to “bringing projects together from the first phone call to the very last screw”.

Spencer Radtke Joined RAM Buildings, Inc. as a Territory Manager in 2021. After college, Spencer spent several years of gaining valuable experience in sales and management skills working outside the industry. Son of co-owner, Rollie Radtke, Spencer has also spent many summers working in various roles for RAM. Spencer prides himself on effective communication skills and building long term relationships with his customers.   His unique combination of work experience and his understanding and familiarity with RAM Buildings make him perfectly suited as our newest Territory Manager.

John’s career with RAM Buildings, Inc. started in 2022, but before that he has had the role of Project Manager for a national home builder, Project Engineer with a commercial general contracting firm, and grew up in a family who built post frame buildings. His can-do attitude and experiences lend itself to tackle any challenges that might arise during the construction project with your RAM Building. John focuses on playing his roll so that every project proceeds in a smooth process and is completed in a timely manner.

Bob joined RAM Buildings, Inc. as a Territory Manager in 2023. When hired he was new to the post frame industry, but his over 10 years of sale management provided a strong base to ensure his customers have an exceptional experience. He takes pride in his attention to detail from start to finish of a job, and enjoys collaborating with customers to help them build the perfect project. Bob loves fishing, the outdoors, and flying. Even though he is a MN native, he has also lived on both the California and South Carolina coasts. It was in South Carolina that he worked on planes to pay for flight school and got his solo flight certificate. His passion, dedication, perseverance and experience give Bob a unique perspective and ability to use his many talents here at RAM to greatly benefit anyone that works with him.
