Crew Manager Position
RAM Buildings, Inc. RAM Buildings specializes in post-frame construction and we are looking for an experienced, detail-orientated individual to join our team of our Crew Managers on the day-to-day management of jobsites and both direct and subcontracted crews. The position has a blend of responsibilities which includes working independently while communicating with the other Crew Managers, the Crew Leaders, and collaborating with the office team when needed. The position will primary be managing projects located South of Winsted, MN. This is a full-time salaried position.
Primary Areas of Responsibility:
- Efficiently schedule inspections, subcontractors, mini biffs, Gopher State One Call and dumpsters for multiple jobsites
- Perform site condition verifications prior to construction start
- Support Territory Managers on estimating/quoting retrofit and restoration work on existing buildings
- Be a set of eyes on the jobsite to proactively solve problems before or when they start to arise
- Communicate with crews, department managers, and subcontractors to effectively keep projects moving forward
- Assist customers on callbacks and complete a punch list by addressing projects hands on, when necessary
- Uphold RAM building quality and safety standards to avoid call backs and maintain an accident-free environment
- Locating and moving construction equipment from lumberyard to jobsite and back
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Post Frame Construction (5+ years of hands-on experience preferred)
- Able to read and understand blue prints
- Have or be able to obtain Class A CDL
- Basic mechanical knowledge to maintain and fix equipment on the jobsite
- Experience on jobsites and general construction knowledge
- Basic computer competency; primarily Microsoft word, Excel, and Outlook
- Physically able occasionally to lift 75 lbs
- Good communication skills, verbal and written
- Demonstrate consistent reliability and trustworthiness

Post Frame Carpenter
** $2,000 Sign on Bonus available based on experience **
RAM Buildings, Inc. is adding a Post Frame carpenter to our crews out of Foley and Winsted, MN. Carpenters help build post frame buildings that are used for storage, airplane hangars, businesses, equestrian, homes, amongst other purposes, for our customers.

Territory Manager – Metro/North Metro, MN
RAM Buildings, Inc. is a leading post frame construction company in Minnesota that is seeking a hard-working individual to be a part our team as a Territory Manager in Metro/North Metro, Minnesota. The position is based out of our office in Winsted but will allow for flexibility for partial home officing upon successful training and territory management.
Overall Responsibilities Include:
- Design and sell building projects according to company standards by accurately pricing projects and submitting complete job packets.
- Manage subcontractor relationships and scope of work in various trades.
- Provide customer service to past, current, and prospective customers.
- Respond and manage incoming project inquiries within the territory.
- Manage the sales process from pre-sale through project completion.
Job Experience/Skills:
- Sales Experience
- Knowledge or experience in construction (post frame preferred but not required)
- Skilled using Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Great customer service skills
- Ability to communicate and work with all departments within the company to achieve successful projects and happy customers.
- Experience using CRM software (preferred, but not required)

Restoration Territory Manager
The Restoration Territory Manager is responsible for helping past customers and owners of post frame buildings who have experienced damage that requires repairs to their building. The focus will be on hail and wind damage, but also handling buildings damaged by fire, snow and mechanical accidents.
Overall Responsibilities Include:
- Estimate and calculate costs for repairs of post frame buildings.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, ensuring clarity on scope of work and pricing.
- Work with insurance companies to ensure the scope and cost of the project is approved for repair.
- Manage the sales process from pre-sale through project completion.
- Conduct site visits to assess and document damage accurately; noting site conditions, challenges and obstacles that need to be considered when performing the work.
- Work with crew managers and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of project.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calls to past customers within areas known to have experienced damage.
- Participate in the ongoing development of marketing collateral in the Restoration category.
Job Experience/Skills:
