Whether you choose to contact RAM Buildings, Inc. via telephone (320-485-2844), emailing Sales, or directly through our Contact form, the entire process begins with our Territory Managers. The actual location of your building project will determine which Territory Manager you will be working with. Each Territory Manager is responsible for a specific geographical area of Minnesota, and is extremely knowledgeable about the building codes and specific building requirements in the area he/she serves. Your Territory Manager will be your primary point of contact with RAM Buildings, Inc., and will help guide you through the entire construction process of your building project.

RAM Buildings, Inc. provides a wide range of services to fit virtually any building project, both large and small. We are a general contractor that can complete all phases of a project from building permit to final inspection. We also have our own excavation division and provide any dirt-work necessary for your project. RAM can do it all for you!

Here at RAM Buildings, Inc. the customer and their individual building needs are always the first design consideration. Based on years of experience, we have established a design philosophy and standardized construction schedule that allows customer participation in all phases of the building project, not just at the beginning when you’re choosing doors and windows. Your individual details and requirements are vital to the construction of your building project, and our accommodating schedule allows customers to take responsibility for portions of the building project as they choose.

RAM Buildings, Inc. provides insurance coverage for Builders Risk, Commercial Liability and Workers’ Compensation. Your own insurance agent can advise you if there are additional coverages required for your building project.

RAM Buildings, Inc. provides a comprehensive proposal for each building project that includes Sales Tax and Delivery Charges (where applicable). Even changes to your original project design are in written form, so you will never experience “surprise” or “hidden” charges of any kind.

We don’t believe in the cookie-cutter approach to construction – and neither do you. There are many options for roofing and exterior materials, and as your contractor, RAM Buildings, Inc. can help you determine the right products to use to achieve the look you desire.
