1. Double Check Your Building Plans
Be sure to double check your building’s plans to ensure you have a complete understanding of the details of your project. Be cleat that all items are properly stated to prevent confusion and delay down the road.

2. Review Changes
Check to make sure changes made during the planning phase of your building, will still meet your needs now and in the foreseeable future. Alterations made after construction has begun can be costly in both time and money.

3. Double Check All Contracts
Contracts are legally binding documents, so you must be sure to read over them carefully. Be cautious of any vague descriptions of items or materials and be sure to clarify any concerns in writing with your builder before signing.

4. Beware of Tricky Sales Tactics
Some less than honest builders will try to use high pressure sales tactics to trick you into signing a contract that you don’t want or won’t meet your needs. A builder should be helpful and patient. RAM Buildings will never try to force you into a building that is not right for you.
